Eventi sociali
At Creativ Company, we dont only enjoy our work, but also each others company. That is why the company and our staff association organise lots of social events, including a Christmas party and summer get-togethers, but we also meet for padel tournaments, Friday after-work drinks, bowling, barbecues, creative workshops, bingo, lectures, and company visits. Each department also organises a social event four times a year, from dinners to footgolf, bike rides, cocktail tastings, moped trips, going to the movies - or whatever else they can come up with.

Creativ Company started back in 2000 with a dream shared by its two founders, Lotte Littau Kjaergaard and Peter Norgaard. These two entrepreneurs dreamed of creating a dream factory, a vision of the perfect workplace where anything is possible, where employees enjoy family-friendly working hours, benefits, and exciting work tasks. At the dream factory, the usual doesnt apply - here we do things in a way that makes sense for both employees and the business, we aim high and there's opportunities for development, challenges, diversity, play and creativity.

Our department is a fun and enjoyable place to work. And even though we are all quite different, there is an exceptionally good atmosphere and interaction. I think that the trust, freedom, and limited control here bring peace of mind, which makes me more efficient and productive. There is a fundamental belief that employees want what's best for the company, which is why responsibility can be given to everyone. Its a fantastic arrangement, which means I truly feel a sense of responsibility for the business and not only my small section of it.

I’m also happy that we can accommodate the fact that people have different needs, and that its perfectly okay, for example, if you cant work full-time or if you need special considerations. Ive not experienced this elsewhere, so its impressive how much the human aspect is emphasised here and how much pride there is within the company. Its an infectious culture that spreads quickly.

Le razze positive sono positive
I think its hard to say what the culture is because its so ingrained here that you dont notice that its so special. But when I visit other workplaces, I feel that something is missing. I would definitely miss all the small, everyday things like greeting each other, tidying up after ourselves and each other, talking kindly to each other, doing something extra and showing a genuine interest in each other. Its not something we have to make an effort to do because thats just the way it is here. Positive breeds positive, so when you do something for others, the kindness grows and spreads.

Vogliamo il meglio gli uni per gli altri
Creativ Company si occupa di persone che si prendono cura l'una dell'altra. L'azienda è cresciuta e ritengo che sia più impegnata, ma fortunatamente non ha influito sulle regole non scritte che abbiamo su cosa sia un buon tono e su come ci comportiamo e trattiamo gli uni gli altri.
Nel nostro reparto possiamo essere noi stessi al lavoro. Ci conosciamo bene e non pensiamo meno a nessuno quando ha una brutta giornata. L'umorismo e le battute sono una parte importante della nostra vita quotidiana. Nessun giorno passa senza una buona risata.

Come tornare a casa
Penso che la cultura sia accogliente, inclusiva, diversificata, utile e familiare. Quando ho iniziato qui, il ritorno a casa è stato davvero feltro. Non è "pericoloso" commettere un errore perché ci trattiamo gli uni gli altri con rispetto in tutte le circostanze e non rimproveriamo mai nessuno quando qualcosa va storto. Questo dà una buona sensazione di sicurezza.
Un'altra caratteristica della nostra cultura è che ci piace festeggiare. Ciò può essere dovuto a buone figure di vendita o alla fine della stagione di picco. Ma celebriamo anche San Martino e Halloween, organizziamo un incontro di dicembre, assistiamo insieme a spettacoli teatrali e festeggiamo anniversari. Per non parlare di tutti gli eventi organizzati dall'associazione del personale. Ci sono molte opportunità e occasioni per incontrarci al di fuori del luogo di lavoro.

Il lavoro 24/7 non è previsto o ricompensato
In Creativ Company ci trattiamo sempre con rispetto. Ci ascoltiamo a vicenda, ci aiutiamo dove possiamo e non pensiamo solo a noi stessi e ai nostri compiti. Direi che la nostra cultura è familiare, cordiale e accogliente. È proprio così che è qui, ecco perché non abbiamo bisogno di una reception. Tutti si assumono la responsabilità di aiutare i nostri ospiti.
Penso che sia molto salutare che gli straordinari non siano generalmente ben considerati, quindi c'è un buon equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata. Non ci si aspetta che lavoriate tutto il tempo. E c'è anche la flessibilità di pianificare le attività per adattarle alla tua vita privata.

Qui tutti sono uguali
When I started my internship here, it was almost a cultural shock. I wasnt used to everyone talking so much and so respectfully to each other and having fun together. This is completely different from other places where Ive worked. Its the atmosphere and the way everyone treats each other. No one looks at me funny because Im employed on special terms, and I feel on equal terms with the rest of the group. It means a lot that I can be myself because I can spend my energy on my tasks instead of having to pretend to be something Im not. Its thanks to the culture at Creativ Company that I have found the right job for me.
