Use a self-adhesive foil template for the design. Make it “woolly” by pushing it down onto another piece of felt so that it does not tear so much in the felt when it is pulled off again. Dab on the paint using a foam stencil brush. Be careful not to get too much paint onto the brush. Hold it vertically when dabbing on the paint.
