Felt Bags

1   Draw the template onto a piece of felt.

2   Cut four pieces of felt, with the pattern in the same direction. Use two different patterns for the sides of the bag.

3   Cut a piece of Vliesofix just big enough to cover the drawing of the boot. Avoid getting it outside the felt.

4   Iron the Vliesofix onto the boot.

5   Cut out the boot.

6   Remove the paper from the Vliesofix.

7   Place the boot on the bag. Place a piece of greaseproof paper over and iron the boot onto the bag.

9   Sew the inner bag together outer side against outer side.

10   When sewing the bag together, leave an opening of 5-7cm, so the bag can be turned inside out.

11   Sew the outer bag together in the same way as the inner bag, however, without an opening to turn the bag inside out.

12   Sew 3cm from the bottom of the bag to form a triangle.

13   Turn the outer bag inside out and place it outer side against outer side inside the inner bag.

14   Sew the bag together along the edge of the tips at the top.

15   Pull the outer bag out through the hole in the side of the inner bag.

16   Sew the hole together.

17   Turn the bag inside out.
