Small hanging decorative coffee filter holders decorated with doilies creating wonderful contrasts.

1 Paint the holder with Plus Color craft paint. Use refill plastic bottles with a tip for making dots. When the holder is dry, attach doilies with A-color all-round medium glue lacquer and finish with another coat of glue lacquer on top.
