A lovely Tray with Decoupage

Painted with Plus Color Craft Paint. A napkin torn into pieces and attached with decoupage lacquer. Several coats of lacquer is added for extra durability.

Paint tray and avoid wherever possible to paint the bottom.

Part various napkins in three and use the upper part of the napkin (the part with the print on).

Tear the napkin into little pieces.

Brush with decoupage lacquer on a small part of the tray at the time, put on the pieces of napkin and brush on top using decoupage lacquer.
