A Collage Frame with a Beach Motif made from Glue Lacquer & Sand

Prime the collage frame with Super Gesso primer. Now make the decoration to go inside the frame from A-Color Allround medium glue lacquer mixed with sand and decorated with natural materials, gathered at the beach. Finally glue on some wiggle eyes.
