Come farlo
1. Measure 2cm from the sides of the card and draw a frame using a black marker pen. Also draw a clothesline with a black marker pen.
2. Attach masking paper to a piece of baking paper and then cut out the flags.
3. Decorate the card with the cut-out flags on the clothesline.
