A Bracelet made from a Leather Strap with Metal Studs

This bracelet is made from a flat imitation leather strap in which holes are made for attaching decorative screwed-on two-part metal studs. It is decorated further with spacer beads on either side of the metal studs.

Come farlo
1 Mark on the back of the leather strap where you want the holes for the metal studs.
2 Make holes in the leather strap with revolving hole punch pliers. NB: the same size as the diameter of the metal studs.
3 Separate each of the two-part metal studs. Fix the metal studs into the holes on the strap.
4 Pull a spacer bead onto the leather strap. You may secure it with a small blob of glue on the back of the leather strap.
5 Make a hole with revolving hole punch pliers at one end of the leather strap. Fix a metal stud into the hole for fastening. Make a couple of holes (or more) at the other end to make the size of the bracelet more flexible.
